Description
The eGFP circular RNA (circRNA) expresses an enhanced green fluorescent protein, with the open reading frame sequence originally from the jellyfish, Aequorea Victoria. EGFP circRNA can be used as fluorescence reporter sequence in RNA therapeutics and delivery system development projects. The expressed protein has an excitation wavelength of 488nm, emission at 507nm.
This circRNA features:
- Self-circularized via the PIE strategy
- Includes a minimal scar sequence (Exon + Spacer)
- Designed with CVB3 IRES for translation initiation
- Composed entirely of unmodified nucleotides |

Transfect 0.1-0.2 µg of circRNA with 0.5 µL of Lipofectamine™ 2000 (or equivalent reagent) per well in a 96-well plate, following the manufacturer’s protocol. Analyze the expression 16-48 hours post-transfection using a plate reader, flow cytometer, fluorescence microscope, or confocal microscope. For equipment settings, we recommend: 485 nm excitation, 535 nm emission. |
For laboratory research use only. Direct human use, including taking orally and injection and clinical use are forbidden.
