  BLI (Biolayer interferometry) binding affinity measurements of MonoRab™ Anti-Evolocumab Antibody (39B8), mAb, Rabbit (GenScript, A02293) to Evolocumab.Evolocumab captured on HFC (Anti-Human IgG Fc) Probes can bind MonoRab™ Anti-Evolocumab Antibody (39B8), mAb, Rabbit with a dissociation constant (KD) of less than 1 pM.

  Specificity analysis of the detection of Ocrelizumab.
  Ocrelizumab samples at 5 concentrations were spiked with 10 μg/mL of Rituximab. The test result demonstrated that the high concentration of Rituximab did not interfere with the detection of Ocrelizumab.
  In this ELISA assay, MonoRab™ Anti-Ocrelizumab Antibody (12G10), mAb, Rabbit (GenScript, A02258) was coated at a concentration of 1 μg/mL, and MonoRab™ Anti-Ocrelizumab Antibody (15E7), mAb, Rabbit (GenScript, A02259) conjugated with Biotin was used as a detection antibody at a concentration of 0.5 μg/mL.

  MRD Analysis of the Detection of Lecanemab in Biological Matrix.
  The MRD is the minimum dilution necessary for the detection of Lecanemab in biological matrix with least interference. Serum samples from cynomolgus monkey were serially diluted to determine the MRD of this assay, and the test result suggested that MRD was as 1:10.
  In this ELISA assay, MonoRab™ Anti-Lecanemab Antibody (44G1), mAb, Rabbit (GenScript, A02270) was coated at a concentration of 1 μg/ml, and MonoRab™ Anti-Lecanemab Antibody (4F2), mAb, Rabbit (GenScript, A02271) conjugated with Biotin was used as a detection antibody at a concentration of 0.5 μg/mL.

  In this Sandwich ELISA assay, MonoRab™ Anti-Lecanemab Antibody (44G1), mAb, Rabbit (GenScript, A02270) was coated at a concentration of 1 μg/ml, and MonoRab™ Anti-Lecanemab Antibody (4F2), mAb, Rabbit (GenScript, A02271) conjugated with Biotin was used as a detection antibody at a concentration of 0.5 μg/mL. GenScript can provide customized conjugation service for this product per customer's request.
  In this assay, a four-parameter logistic curve fitting program was used to create a standard curve with the R-Square equal to 0.99971. The typicaldynamic range of the assay is 0.31 - 20 ng/mL and its detection limit is 0.31 ng/mL.

  

  Standard curve of the detection of Abatacept by Anti-Abatacept Antibody (CT.E8) and anti-human IgG Fc antibody.
  In the ELISA assay shown in this chart, Anti-Abatacept Antibody (CT.E8), mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A02263) was coated at a concentration of 1 μg/ml, and Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (50B4A9)[HRP], mAb (GenScript, A01854) was used as a detection antibody at a dilution of 1:2000.
  In this assay, a four-parameter logistic curve fitting program was used to create a standard curve with the R-Square is greater than 0.99. The typicaldynamic range of the assay is 4.69-300 ng/mL and its sensitivity of detecting Abatacept is up to 4.69 ng/mL.

The typicaldynamic range of the assay is 0.55-400 ng/mL and its sensitivity of detecting Certolizumab pegol is up to 0.55 ng/mL.

  Anti-Zolbetuximab Antibody (34E11), mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A02260) exhibited non-inhibitory properties, whereas Anti-Zolbetuximab Antibody (9C9), mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A02261) demonstrated significant inhibitory properties with an IC₅₀ value of 0.44 µg/mL.

  In this assay, a four-parameter logistic curve fitting program was used to create a standard curve with the R-Square is greater than 0.99. The typicaldynamic range of the assay is 1.56 - 100 ng/mL and its sensitivity of detecting Trastuzumab deruxtecan (DS-8201) is up to 1.56 ng/mL.
